Our oysters are hand-shucked and packed in pints, quarts and gallons (in their own liquor). Pints and quarts are packed in glass containers - never consume oysters if glass is broken. We ship in temperature controlled boxes, using frozen gel packs to maintain a 45-degree temperature.
